Richard Watt

Richard Watt

Founder & CEO

After working for many years as a tradesman and foreman in the exterior restoration industry Richard opened his own business in 2007. Client referrals are one of the best indicators of quality of work and client satisfaction, and it was referrals that allowed the business to grow substantially. The success of Project First Restorations Ltd is largely due to the relationships that have been built over the years with homeowners, business owners, strata managers, engineering firms, and the great team of employees, many of whom have been with Richard since day 1. Honest, Commitment, Quality: each of these core values is a fundamental part of Richards philosophy for his business.
